The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. They offer a 24/7 front desk, room service, and can help organize tours, making it convenient for families with kids. The sea view and beach club are amazing, providing a stunning backdrop for relaxation and fun activities. We loved spending our days by the beach, with the ocean just a few steps away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Ocean Brothers Sea View & Beach Club is a reliable and family-friendly choice for a memorable vacation experience.
For families with children, my kids wished there were more activities specifically catered to them. Although the location and amenities were great, it would have been even better if there were some kid-friendly activities or a designated play area.

The overall decoration of the hotel was charming and had a homely feel, which I appreciated as a senior traveler. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for guests. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with easy access to the swimming pool and other amenities. It was a relief to find a hotel that understands the needs of older guests.
A minor suggestion would be to have more senior-friendly activities or facilities available. While the staff were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to see some organized activities or amenities specifically tailored for seniors to enhance their vacation experience.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of Rumah Marta Ceningan Island. The hotel's decoration had a traditional Balinese touch, with beautiful wooden furnishings and vibrant colors, which made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were meticulously maintained, and I enjoyed leisurely strolls through the well-manicured gardens. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The pathways were flat and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate around and explore all the hotel had to offer.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for seniors, it would be to have more seating areas in the public spaces. As much as I loved the hotel's coziness, it would have been even more enjoyable to have a few additional chairs or benches available throughout the property.

We appreciated the daily room cleaning and the decent breakfast included in the price. the location was also a plus as it was near a well-known bar/resto and just a few minutes away from a popular attraction. One of the best things we enjoyed was the smaller boat for the snorkeling trip we organized through the hotel.
The noise level in the rooms was a bit of an issue as we could hear everything outside, including cars and motorbikes. the bathroom was also not ideal as there was no separation between the shower and toilet.
